Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with program management or equivalent experience, including prioritization, stakeholder management, scoping, project planning.
- Experience designing content and processes to improve efficiency and scale.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in software development lifecycle or collaborating with software teams.
- Understanding of managing business needs and measuring business impact of creative projects.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Shopping Ads is a comprehensive product search engine and growing product ads business. We aim to revolutionize shopping by building great end-to-end user experiences that bring users, retailers, and partners together. As a Program Manager for Shopping Ads, you'll help shape Google’s products and lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that span teams, offices, time zones and hemispheres.
You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, and partner teams to enable the organization to execute on goals and move success metrics including product excellence and daily active users. You will solve problems independent of organizational boundaries and utilize people/process/tools to transform the operation and effectiveness of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization in your product area.
- Represent your product and engineering teams across Google to develop actionable plans to coordinate launch needs of the entire product area.
- Establish the necessary programs and one-off projects for the team to plan and execute in order for the product area to be successful.
- Develop and deliver strategic plans for executive audiences.
