**Community Support & Backoffice (m/w/d) 50-60%**
Als Mitarbeiter/in Community Support & Backoffice bist Du **erste Anlaufstelle** für Members und Interessenten und somit das «Gesicht» von Westhive vor Ort. Du betreust die Members umfassend und bist Ansprechpartner/in in nahezu allen Belangen.
AUFGABEN
In Deiner Verantwortung liegen insbesondere:
- Das Schaffen einer** freundlichen, offenen** und von Austausch geprägten **Atmosphäre **und Umgebung, in welcher sich die Members wohlfühlen und gerne arbeiten
- Die Sicherstellung aller **Abläufe und Funktionen im Alltag **an Deinem Standort
- Die** Zufriedenheit unserer Members** an Deinem Westhive Standort im Sinne einer positiven Customer Experience- Die Business Development
- & Sales Managerin zu** unterstützen und in Teilbereichen zu vertreten.**
Dabei fallen im Alltag die folgenden Aufgaben an:
- **Backoffice Aufgaben**: Member-Verwaltung, Badge-Verwaltung, Postservice u.ä.**Memberkommunikation**- Hilfestellung und** Informationen für unsere Mitglieder **zu allen Westhive Services, von Sitzungszimmern über Büromaterialien bis hin zu Events und Catering- ** On-Boarding **neuer Members sowie das Offboarding
- ** Unterstützung beim Empfang** der Coworker sowie externer Gäste und Kunden**Assistenz **bei der Bearbeitung externer und internen Anfragen- ** Behebung und/oder Eskalation** von Störungen in den alltäglichen Abläufen
- Mithilfe bei unserer **IT-Supportfunktion**: Einfache Installations
- und Verkabelungsarbeiten (z.B. Montage von Bildschirmen, Lautsprecher, Drucker u.ä.)
- Bereitschaft zur **Unterstützung des Host-Teams** im Bereich Housekeeping
ANFORDERUNGEN
Das bringst du mit:
- **Abgeschlossene kaufmännische** oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- 2 - 3 Jahre **Berufserfahrung **als Receptionist/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- ** Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift. Französisch von Vorteil.
- Versiert im Umgang mit **Microsoft Anwendungen**:
- Ein Flair für **IT Support**:
- Sehr gute **organisatorische Fähigkeiten**:
