The Braswell Arts Association is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual for the position of Fundraising Associate, Artistic Director Support and Program Development. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape the growth and artistic vision of the Braswell Arts Center.

**Tasks**:

- Collaborate with the Artistic Director in the planning and implementation of creative initiatives and events
- Actively participate in the ongoing development of the Braswell Arts Center and identify new opportunities to further the artistic mission
- Develop and implement fundraising and marketing strategies to support our programs and projects

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and/or event management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster and nurture relationships
- Passion for the arts and commitment to advancing creative initiatives
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- German Language skills at a minimum B1 Level
