- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales within the ICT industry or a similar field.
- Language Skills: Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the ICT industry, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on hardware and storage solutions.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Dynamic and Energetic: Bring a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dynamism to the role.
- Location: Zurich-based with flexibility for a hybrid work model.
