Regional Sales Manager

Operating in Switzerland since 2006, with nearly 60 employees across 8 sites, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial effort and team. This role is highly visible and impactful, as you’ll be driving our top line's growth (with both new and existing customers), delivering high-quality customer service, leading to retention and volume growth.
Now, it is a unique time to join our team as we’re going to bring the company to the next level and write a new chapter of our growth story With new leadership and bold ambitions, we are facing exciting challenges like accelerating our international expansion, strengthening our current leading positions, and successfully navigating through the upcoming technological and environmental developments.
Ideally based between Bern and Zurich, you are fluent in English and German, eager commercial leader, and a true relationship builder.
What will the role be about?
- Achieve sales targets in your region of German-speaking Switzerland and continue to ensure the existing growth course
- Customer acquisition and support, 80% in the field and 20% planning/admin
- Implementation of sales projects, contract negotiations with customers
- Cooperation with all relevant internal and external interfaces
- Regular participation in sales meetings, reporting and Salesforce CRM control
Who are we looking for?
- First experience in field sales of B2B services, project sales - i.e. longer-term sales cycles from the truck rental/truck sales, fleet management, logistics services, leas-ing business or in a similar market environment
- Must be used to working very independently, be highly self-motivated, communi-cative and have a confident demeanor - you must like your customers
- CH-German and fluent English language skills
