En tant que Manager du Service Client, vous serez en charge de guider et motiver l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques, assurer leur développement professionnel, gérer les relations et conflits, améliorer les processus opérationnels et communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes.

Missions

  • Accompagner l'équipe dans l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences à travers des programmes de formation adaptés et des opportunités de développement professionnel.
  • Guider et motiver l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de la Maison, en assurant un alignement avec la vision et les missions de l'entreprise.
  • Transmettre et incarner les valeurs de la Maison, tout en veillant au respect des règles de fonctionnement et des normes de service.
  • Contrôler et gérer les relations au sein de l'équipe, en résolvant les dysfonctionnements et les conflits de manière efficace et constructive.
  • Proposer et mettre en uvre des solutions innovantes pour améliorer et faire évoluer les processus opérationnels, afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et la satisfaction client.
  • Mettre en place et gérer des indicateurs de performance pour suivre et évaluer les performances de l'équipe, en utilisant des outils de gestion appropriés.
  • Représenter le service client et communiquer sur les missions principales de la fonction, en fournissant des feedbacks réguliers et constructifs aux équipes internes et aux partenaires externes.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure ou équivalente.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions managériales similaires.
  • Expérience avec les modules SD / MM / APO de SAP.
  • Excellente maîtrise de MS Office.
  • Anglais courant (C1) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Leadership orienté vers l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et prise de décision.
  • Organisation et gestion efficace des priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et esprit d'équipe.
  • Compétence avérée en communication et animation d'équipe.
