The CRM Manager will be responsible for company's Customer Relationship Management in order to build customer satisfaction, loyalty and participate in offering the most luxurious experience.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategy to reflect market conditions, when necessary
- Developing business by following up on existing leads
- Identifying new business opportunities to further increase sales volume, generating a pipeline of prospects and new leads locally and internationally
- Taking part in sales launches / events when required
- Maximize the top client's potential on high value items, special orders and pre-selling.

**Profile**:

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing.
- English and French fluency required, other languages (Russian, Chinese, Arabic) are a bonus.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant position in CRM/Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Can work on his own and within a team.
- Inspiring and legitimate.
- Good customer service skills.
- Accurate and pays attention to details.
- Possesses basic knowledge of organizational policies and procedures relating to the position and applies them consistently in work tasks.
- Identifies new and better approaches to work processes and incorporates same in own work.

**Salary**: From CHF82,000.00 per year
