A wide range of tasks

  • Supporting onsite in all organizational topics, collaborating with the international management in Switzerland and the German Headquarter and taking care of both EnBW Energy SA Offices in Geneva and Zurich, the role will be based in Geneva.
  • You will adapt the EnBW Group's processes and regulatory requirements to local, country-specific requirements.
  • Managing projects with several partners, internal and external
  • Central interface to the (building) service providers and their steering
  • You take over and optimize operational tasks, such as orders, travel management, and expenses in accordance with groupwide regulations
  • General adhoc administration tasks and to improve the onboarding process for new hires
Überzeugendes Profil
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Management or similar education
  • Proven experience in an international context, preferably in a complex, volatile environment and a track record of successfully initiating and leading projects.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS 365 collaborating Tools (MS SharePoint, MS teams) and excellence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Work in a structured way, follow through on tasks and are agile when circumstances require it, as well as spot risks before they turn into issues and respectfully address them with project stakeholders
  • Ability to inspire other team members, stakeholders, and to work remotely within teams in different locations
  • Proactive personality that just loves to get things done
