Category Manager E-Commerce (d/f/m)

In your dynamic and varied role as a Category Manager E-Commerce, you are responsible for the comprehensive presentation and promotion of the product ranges you manage in the online shop. In doing so, you optimise the placement and staging of products and work closely with the purchasing department. You take on on-site merchandising activities such as categorisation, sorting, filtering, and navigation, ensuring that the products are displayed optimally. In collaboration with the merchandising team, you provide valuable product insights, requirements, and feedback for seasonal purchasing. Additionally, you analyse and question existing structures and processes to achieve efficiency gains and improvements. Another important aspect of your work is capturing, maintaining, and preparing product data, as well as actively contributing to technical projects, such as the integration and continuous optimisation of the Factfinder tool and maintaining all relevant marketplace data in Tradebyte.

Required experience and skills:

  • A customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong team spirit
  • A structured, meticulous approach to work and a high level of quality awareness
  • Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g. PIM, CMS, Back Office, Factfinder)
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital projects
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is an advantage
