Tasks and Responsibilities
- Verification and checks of all salary-relevant entries in the SAP payroll system, based on legal, tax and social security regulations as well as company policies.
- Assistance in managing external service providers in the areas of payroll and time management.
- Preparation of certificates and reports for family allowances, health and accident insurance, maternity and paternity benefits, unemployment insurance, disability registration, etc.
- Point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, tax, and social security law.
- Monitoring of changes in SAP and accident recording in the UKA system, entering daily accident allowances in SAP.
- Manage Time and Attendance (T&A) related issues and recurring time corrections in our T&A system ATOSS.
- Calculate holiday reduction due to long-term absences or unpaid leave.
- Monitoring and administration of garnishments.
Your Profile
- Commercial education degree and preferably higher further education in HR or comparable.
- Solid expertise in the areas of payroll and experience in T&A.
- Profound user knowledge (including creation of queries and reports) in SAP.
- Knowledge of Workday and time recording systems (especially ATOSS) is desirable.
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
- Very good communication skills in German and English (written and oral), French desired.
