Wir suchen eine/n Sales Developer oder Business Development Representative mit Leidenschaft für die Fertigungsindustrie und Künstliche Intelligenz. Du bist ein Team Player für unsere Mission, Industrie 4.0 gemeinsam Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du generierst und identifizierst aktiv Leads im digitalen Raum.
- Du zeigst Kreativität bei der Akquise potenzieller Neukunden auf digitalen Plattformen.
- Du nutzt E-Mails, LinkedIn und vor allem Telefonanrufe, um aktiv potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen und letztendlich Termine mit unseren Sales-Managern zu vereinbaren.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales-Manager zusammen.
- Du trägst zur Erweiterung und Pflege unseres Kundenstamms bei.
- Du gestaltest aktiv unseren Verkaufsprozess und die konkreten Abläufe mit und verbesserst sie fortlaufend.

Dein Profil:
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Verkauf, Call-Center oder im Servicebereich.
- Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, bist begeisterungsfähig und kommunikationsstark.
- Du überzeugst am Telefon und hast den "Closer"-Instinkt.
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert.
- Du bist kundenorientiert, zuverlässig, teamfähig und engagiert.
- Du passt in unsere Start-Up Kultur und bist bereit, die Extra-Meile zu gehen.
- Du freust dich über Erfolge und bist flexibel im Umgang mit Veränderungen.
- Dich faszinieren die Mechanikbranche, Künstliche Intelligenz oder der digitale Verkauf.
