**Your Quest**:

- **Navigate Customer Satisfaction**: Chart the course for success by tracking Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and utilizing customer feedback to steer us towards excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales,
- Strongly preferred experience in electrical vehicle sales
- In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry, including current market trends, brands, and vehicle specifications.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
