- Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Investment Bank, Global Markets Team in Switzerland.
- You’ll:
- Manage diaries including conference and video calls, client meetings as well as arranging small events
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
- Support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
- Coordinate the production of presentation books, reports, meeting prep materials
- Assist with finance management, including processing invoices and expenses
- Work closely with, and provide back-up support to other assistants in your team, covering each other when necessary

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Markets team in Zürich. We are a dynamic team of Sales and Traders working together across teams and centers. The atmosphere is relaxed but determined and focused on performance and delivery. You will support the Trading Floor team with a number of different levels from MDs through Graduates/Interns. The role requires a committed individual with solid organisational skills who can multi-task and enjoys supporting our diverse trading floor teams.**Your expertise**
- administrative experience in a global environment
- demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- a strong written and verbal communicator
- proactive, able to work on own initiative
- incredibly organized, with innate sense of how to prioritize
- pay high attention to detail, whilst juggling several tasks and deadlines
- able to maintain professionalism and able to deal sensitively with work of a confidential nature
- fluent in English
