Lead Global Iron Strategy

Cultivate regional expansion opportunities for our portfolio and drive ambitious growth plans across the Global Partner Business and Intercontinental regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Expansion: Define and execute strategies to grow our presence in emerging markets, including top 10 pharma markets, Canada, China, and Japan.
  • Growth Plans: Develop and implement go-to-market models with a focus on these markets, creating new business to accelerate sales growth.
  • Business Cases: Support Regional Offices and Business Partners in establishing strong business cases for further product growth.
  • Distribution Agreements: Coordinate business analyses for new/renewal distribution and promotion agreements, ensuring alignment with Vifor Pharma's financial framework.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular Business Reviews and provide strategic input/share best practices with Partner network.
  • Functional Expertise: Leverage HQ-based functional expertise to support regional teams and Business Partners.
  • Iron Franchise GBT: Be an active member of the Iron Franchise GBT, representing the ICO&PB region.
