Dein Team & Aufgabengebiet
In der Division Data, Analytics & Technology laufen Datenanalyse, Modellierung, Softwareentwicklung und Immobilienmarktresearch zusammen. Auf dieser Position wirst du Teil unseres aktuell vierköpfigen Customer Service Teams, das durch eine offene Atmosphäre und enge Zusammenarbeit geprägt ist. Mit deiner Freude am Kundenkontakt und Affinität für digitale Produkte ergänzt du unser engagiertes Team ideal.
Aufgaben:
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Geschäftskunden und bearbeitest komplexe Fragestellungen zu unseren SaaS-Produkten – von technischem Support bis hin zu methodischen Fragen zu Immobilienbewertungsmodellen – per Telefon, E-Mail und über unser Ticketing-System.
- Du betreust anspruchsvolle Geschäftskunden aus den Segmenten Immobilienmakler, Hypothekargeber (Banken, Versicherungen, Hypothekenvermittler) sowie institutionelle Immobilieninvestoren und -entwickler.
- Du übernimmst dabei breitgefächerte Support-Aufgaben in Bezug auf unsere Lizenzprodukte und beantwortest dabei Fragen zu Immobilienbewertung, Standortanalyse etc.
- Du führst administrative Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Software-Lizenzen (z.B. Verwaltung von User-Logins, Erstellung von Lizenzverträgen, Organisation von User-Schulungen) selbständig aus.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Produktexperten zusammen und arbeitest in ausgewählten Projekten mit.
- Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team, indem du Cross- und Up-Selling-Möglichkeiten bei unseren Kunden mithilfe unseres CRM-Systems ermittelst.
Qualifikationen:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung.
- Du kannst erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche nachweisen (z.B. Immobilienbewirtschaftung bzw. -verkauf).
- Du bist digital affin und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Technical Customer Service (digitale Lösungen) gesammelt.
- Die Leidenschaft und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie der engen Zusammenarbeit im Team zeichnen dich aus.
- Du arbeitest präzise, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
