Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in German (C2 level).
  2. Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  3. EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card.
  4. At least one year of experience in Technical Customer Support or a related role.
  5. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
  6. Desire to learn and advance in the field.
