About the role:

  • The event you will be part of would take place once a month.
  • Freelance position.
  • You will work approximately 4 hours per month.
  • It is important that you have the ability to coordinate a substitute in case you are unable to attend one of the scheduled events. This will ensure the continuity and smooth running of our activities.
  • A fluent level of French and English is required. German is a plus

Event Preparation:

  • Ensure all necessary materials (e.g., masks, tokens, etc.) are ready and available prior to the event.
  • Communicate with the venue to confirm logistics and obtain required information, such as menus.
  • Coordinate pre-event setup, including preparing documents and equipment.

On-Site Coordination:

  • Act as the main point of contact at the event, managing guest check-ins, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the smooth operation of the experience.
  • Deliver opening and closing remarks to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged.
  • Collaborate closely with venue staff to verify seating arrangements and meal preferences, ensuring guests with allergies or dietary restrictions receive the correct dishes.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event and provide assistance as needed.

Post-Event Reporting and Management:

  • Provide feedback and a summary of the event to the Fever team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure materials are cleaned and stored for future use.
