Job Description

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as needed.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, conferences, and executive off-sites.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
