Dans le cadre d’une recherche pour un de nos clients, une banque de la place, est à la recherche d’un(e) assistant(e) de gestion pour seconder activement un Relationship Manager. Il s’agit d’une création de poste.

Il s’agit d’une institution financière genevoise de première qualité, offrant un environnement de travail stable et à taille humaine.

Assistant(e) Relationship Manager Private Banking

Vos responsabilités, cahier des charges (non exhaustif) :

  • Gestion des ouvertures de comptes, onboarding clients et vérifications KYC/AML.
  • Exécutions et suivi des transactions boursières, transferts et suivi des échéanciers.
  • Préparation des visites clients, états de comptes, performance et mise à jour de la documentation.
  • Gestion des interactions clients : appels, e-mails et suivi des demandes.
  • Utilisation avancée des outils bancaires.
  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire et le respect des politiques internes.
  • Contrôle et suivi des positions et des mouvements des comptes clients.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant qu’assistant(e) de gestion en contact avec une clientèle internationale.
  • Très bonne compréhension des opérations de private banking, ouvertures de comptes, ordres de bourse, transferts, suivi des transactions, etc.
  • Interactions avec les clients au téléphone et lors des visites (préparations de rendez-vous).
  • Être capable de travailler de manière autonome, en offrant un service de haute qualité.
  • Français et anglais comme langues de travail.
  • Très bonnes connaissances IT.
  • Sens de l’organisation, précision, rigueur et méthodologie.
  • Stabilité de parcours.
  • Personnalité agréable capable de s’intégrer harmonieusement dans l’équipe existante.
  • Résidence en Suisse, CH ou permis déjà en mains.
