Executive Administrative Support

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:- Primarily responsible for the management and organization of the executive office (ICT GM).
- Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
- Time and travel management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Creation of management presentations and statistics for internal and external usage.
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Document and data management.
- Preparation and update of executive management reporting.
- Representation of ad hoc support to all global and country executives.
- International correspondence with customers, suppliers, supervisory boards, executives, colleagues, local and international authorities.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Create, maintain, and update various databases and reports and present data for management reporting purposes.
- Managing and organization of (europewide/global) meetings and events.
- Participation in discussions and negotiations with suppliers, including pre- and post-processing.
- Blast communication for ICT business, announcements, etc.
- Certified management/office assistant or Bachelor´s degree in business administration/management preferred.
- 5+ years in providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to conform to shifting priorities, demands, timelines and working in different locations.
- Advanced knowledge of computer, internet and software (MS Office, SAP PR2, Concur).
- Demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task, includes planning, scheduling and coordinating.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment.
- Ability to effectively develop cohesive relationships with internal and external management, employees, vendors and visitors.
- Fluent language skills in English (written and verbally); German language is a plus, knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
