About the Role

The successful candidate will provide strategic support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars, preparing presentations, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Prepare and edit business documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring secure and confidential storage of sensitive information;
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner;
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team meetings, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork;
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a significant advantage;
  • A high school diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, communications, or a related field.
