Job Description/Responsibilities

The Sales Analytics Manager will create tools, processes and strategies to drive sales growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Leadership to optimize sales routing, goal setting, and KPI tracking.

  • Use Performance Development System (PDS) to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes. Support the widespread use of PDS and support company culture within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Career Development System (CDS) to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Own sales route optimization strategy, tools, reporting, and insights. Ensure maximum account coverage, logistical efficiency, and optimal coordination with distributor partners.
  • Lead goal setting and incentive tracking for sales organization. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Create and deliver centralized tools, processes, and strategies for Field Sales Execution, Distributor Management and Key Account Management. Own the sales CRM platform(s), including Sales Execution team surveys. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and process improvements based on data-driven analysis. Stay updated on BevAlc industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications/RequirementsRequirementsMUST
  • 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's Degree (open to any field)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED
  • Master's degree in related field
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry, Food & Beverage industry, FMCG or CPG overall
