G-ACT Access & Pricing Analytics Team was new setup under the guidance of G-ACT, with the vision & mission to provide best-in-class analytical capabilities for optimized Access & Pricing decision makings at all levels of the organization.
The newly created position of **Associate Director, Pricing Analytics **will be responsible for providing insights & analytics to help Organon make better pricing decision makings, and improve Price Performance through collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
**_ Key responsibilities for this role are as follows: _**
- Understanding, tracking & improving Price Performance
- Work with key stakeholders to define & align on the definition of Price Performance;
- Create tracking platform to monitor Price Performance;
- Diagnose & recommend opportunities to improve;
- Be a key member in setting up Global Pricing Strategy & Governance Process
- Provide insights & analytics in Global Pricing GoA re-assessment
- Design & implement new Price-plan process to meet with Organon business needs, and integrates better with other G-ACT / Finance processes
- Working with G-ACT & Local markets to inform optimized decision-makings at both global & local market level, including:
- Building up G-ACT pricing analytics platform;
- Engage with key stakeholders in G-ACT / local markets for continuous improvement of the platform;
- Ad-hoc decision-making support on Pricing Actions;
- Other deliverables including but not related to:
- Issuing regular Pricing Performance Reports
- Scaling-up and sharing of best practices between Global & Local
- Financial Forecast support: tools, analytics, etc.
**_ Education - Minimum Requirements_**:
- ** Master’s Degree** (MA/MS/MBA/MPH or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Information Technology or other Analytical related discipline
**_ Required Experience & Skills_**:
- Extensive knowledge & experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, especially in the area of Market Access & Pricing, Strategic Planning, etc.
- Strong expertise & knowledge with mainstream analytical & BI tools
- Demonstrated quantitative experience & expertise in solving complex business challenges
- Conceptual & Analytical Thinking - must possess the ability to model business situations & simplify concepts for non-technical decision-makers
- Strong oral & written Communication Skills - engages stakeholders in developing plans & be able to succinctly explain analyses & complicated technical solutions
- Solid collaboration skills - must be able to collaborate with country, regional & global colleagues. Also, should be a team player, who places great emphasis on collective achievement within cross-functional enterprise teams.
- Excellent project management Skills - ability to manage a range of projects with competing priorities
**_ Preferred Experience & Skills_**_:_**
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Thorough understanding of project management principles & planning
