Administrative Specialist- French and Chinese Speaking

Administrative Specialist - French and Chinese Speaking who can support us with their expertise and passion."
Main activities and tasks:
- Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc.
- Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
- Perform a “IFM representative ” in Lausanne office, closely work with local team to manage local office IFM from internal and external compliance perspective.
- Internal meeting/event planning
- Design the effective internal communication and manage the admin official account in social media platform
- Team work with other team members on business related projects
- Additional support in close collaboration with team during peak season
Profile
- 3+ years’ experience as an administrator or admin assistant
- Degree in business administrator or related subject
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Service oriented, and confident personality
- Creative thinking
- Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
- Fluency in Chinese – oral and written
- Fluency in English and French
