Objectifs :
- Générer des leads
- Obtenir des premiers rendez-vous d’affaires
- Faire croître le portefeuille client de l’entreprise et les ventes
- Prospection téléphonique B2B
- Identifier de façon autonome des cibles clients pertinentes
- Création de leads
- Prise de rendez-vous avec les clients
- Tracer vos actions et résultats obtenus dans le CRM
- Effectuer le suivi email avec vos contacts afin d'atteindre vos objectifs
Compétences recherchées :
- Expérience obligatoire en prospection téléphonique B2B (ex. : centrale d’appel ou expérience similaire)
- Très bonne capacité de communication téléphonique : sympathie, calme, politesse, bienveillance envers le client, esprit de service
- Capacité à suivre une trame argumentaire tout en faisant preuve de distance et de répartie lorsqu'il est nécessaire de sortir du fil conducteur
- Savoir gérer son planning et le suivi du processus d’acquisition des prospects
- Travailler à un rythme soutenu avec des objectifs de volumes d’appels minimaux
- Autonome
- Primes basées sur le nombre de deals générés par votre action
- Promotion en qualité de commercial puis d’accord manager dès que vos résultats et votre séniorité le permettront.
