BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Prospecting for DJT, FlexGantt, FlexGanttFX and new customers:

  • Sales presentation and product demonstration
  • Emailing, phoning,… to international customers
  • Negotiation and realization of proposals

Key Account Management of existing customers

Creation and update of commercial files:

  • “DLSC x ScheduleJS”
  • “FlexGanttFX Clients”
  • “ScheduleJS vs. Competitors – Features”

Partnerships:

  • Meetings with our partner DLSC
  • New partners according to business and technical objectives

MARKETING

Monitoring via Google Analytics

Changes and improvements to schedulejs.com:

  • New versions
  • Sales and marketing pitch
  • Technical parts

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
  • Posts
  • Advertising

HUMAN RESOURCES

Help in recruiting the sales and technical teams. The missions specified are not exhaustive; others may be entrusted to you depending on your skills and ambitions. You will be supported and trained by mentors who will advise you as needed in your missions.


EXPERIENCE

You have a Master’s degree (or Msc) in business development (or equivalent) and have just finished your higher education. You have a first successful experience (up to three years, including internships) as a BDR, SDR, Commercial, Business Developer, Account Executive,… You have a strong sense of initiative and you wish to invest yourself in the long term in an innovative and expanding company whose potential is already confirmed. You have good interpersonal skills and you know how to identify priorities and opportunities during conversations with your prospects. Finally, your rigor and autonomy will allow you to reach your objectives. In return for your investment, you will be able to count on mentoring and training by very experienced profiles who will allow you to acquire solid experience through the realization of projects for very prestigious clients internationally.


EXPECTED SKILLS

Autonomy, organizational skills and responsibility. Entrepreneurial (or intrapreneurial) spirit and team spirit. Since you work exclusively with international clients, you will need to be comfortable speaking English. Any other language is a plus (especially German). Office suite (required), WordPress and Final Pro Cut (optional). Knowledge of the Swiss economy (optional).


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sectors of activity: aerospace, defense, aviation, audiovisual broadcasting, consulting. Salary: Fixed + variable indexed on results. Location: Geneva, Switzerland (international mobility required: 30% minimum). Working languages: French / English. Start date: July 2024. Type of contract: Open-ended contract.
