Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customers’ business strategies, challenges, and goals to align solutions accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Moderate customer relationship management meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Present and promote network products and solutions to customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide updates on client solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., solution department, supply chain, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on account status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the tech sector.
- Solid understanding of network technologies and solutions.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Experience working with major carrier customers in the region.
- Knowledge of network products and solutions.
- Technical background or understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
