For our office in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SALES OPERATION & BID MANAGER

As the Sales Operation & Bid Manager, you will be reporting directly to the COO and play a key role in leading the end-to-end bid process for simple and complex opportunities. You will also oversee sales operations across Wiz Team activities, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation, development, and submission of high-quality bid proposals, ensuring alignment with prospects needs and Wiz-Team’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, product and finance teams as well as external stakeholders to gather the necessary input for offer proposals.
  • Organize and facilitate bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and approval processes.
  • Track approvals and sign-off from key stakeholders before submission.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve bid processes by identifying best practices and lessons learned from previous submissions.
  • Track and follow up on submitted bids, responding to clarifications and additional requirements from partners.
  • Lead the preparation of final bid presentation if successfully selected for the final phase.
  • Support the establishment and refinement of an efficient sales process, ensuring high-quality execution across all stages.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, documentation (pricing listing, etc..), and workflows to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Business Management, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or bid management role in an international environment, preferably in the software and events industries.
  • Proven experience in writing and managing complex proposals.
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous, ensuring high-quality, error-free documentation and bid submissions.
  • Hands-on, "do-er" mentality, with the ability to dive into the details and actively contribute to projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with a very strong team spirit, and under stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with frequent changes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills; other languages are a plus.
