For our international Finance Technology team, we’re looking for a Project Assistant who will support the entire leadership team of the Financial Technology Division. In close collaboration with technical coordinators, project managers, account managers, and the division management team, you will be involved in a broad variety of tasks.
Your contribution will help us to manage our projects in the fast-paced world of financial services.

  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees and external engineers, as well as handling people planning tasks.
  • Supporting the Customer mandatory trainings by following the attendance, communicating exclusions, and sending reminders to participants and attendees.
  • Preparing Burndown and capacity planning reports.
  • Providing support to the service ticket process when needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation about the processes, tools, and guidelines relevant to your role and the development teams.
  • Supporting the resolution of Customer workplace/environment related issues.
  • Supporting the release and deployment process of the software components by ensuring compliance with the SDLC rules and procedures defined by the Customer.
  • Effectively carrying out the reporting for the Incident Management process.
  • Organizing all kinds of events required by the Division (EoY party, Team building, After-work events, Customer visit events), managing logistics, vendors, and budgets.
  • Making travel arrangements as well as providing general administrative support.
Your profile
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in handling daily processes and providing general office support with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring effective execution of daily activities.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to troubleshoot workplace/environment issues, ensuring timely resolutions and smooth operations.
  • High professional level verbal and written English communication skills (German is a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, in particular with Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, as well as familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Teams, Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Jira, etc.
  • The ideal candidate already had a similar role in an international mid-size or large-scale IT consulting company.
