Job Description:

For our client, an International consulting company in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for a Project Assistant (m/w/d) 60-80% to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  2. Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  3. Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  4. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
  5. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up actions.
  6. Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or issues.
  7. Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation for projects.
  8. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  9. Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Completed commercial training or relevant vocational education.
  2. Relevant experience in project assistance or administration is a plus.
  3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
