Description du poste
Pour rejoindre notre équipe Sales, sous la direction de notre Director of Sales, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) Sales Manager (h/f).
Si vous nous rejoignez, vos missions seront, entre autres, les suivantes:
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires des segments MICE et Corporate
- Maintenir et développer le portefeuille clients sous votre responsabilité
- Prospecter activement le marché suisse et international
- Mettre en place et participer aux actions promotionnelles en Suisse et à l'étranger
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Meetings & Events
- Développer les relations avec la communauté d'affaires locale
Qualifications
Vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons si vous possédez les qualités et qualifications suivantes:
- Expérience en hôtellerie, en vente externe, d'au minimum 3 ans
- Français et anglais courants (C1), l'allemand est un atout
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office, PMS - connaissances d'Opera Cloud un plus, Cvent/Lanyon)
- Sens commercial développé, excellente capacité de communication et goût pour le travail en équipe
- Flexible et disponible (déplacements, évènements)
