Poste: After Sales Area Manager
Gestion des concessionnaires :
- Servir de principal interlocuteur après-vente entre la marque et les concessionnaires, en construisant des relations solides et de soutien pour améliorer les résultats commerciaux.
- Fixer des objectifs et des plans d’action avec les concessionnaires, suivre les progrès et fournir des conseils pour assurer la réalisation des cibles régionales.
- Identifier et répondre aux besoins de formation, directement ou via le développement des concessionnaires, pour maximiser la performance commerciale et promouvoir l’image de la marque.
- Collaborer avec le développement des concessionnaires et les collègues des ventes pour évaluer les prospects potentiels, en apportant une expertise locale après-vente pour maximiser la performance commerciale et minimiser les risques dans le réseau de concessionnaires.
- Analyser et atteindre les objectifs de pièces, produits de rétention, eVHC (contrôle électronique de l’état de santé) et visites de maintenance périodique, avec mise en place de mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Convenir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration mesurables avec l’équipe de direction des concessions.
- Mettre en œuvre et gérer le programme de développement après-vente de bout en bout.
- Assurer le respect complet des normes de franchise après-vente et des termes commerciaux par les concessionnaires.
Analyse et reporting :
- Réaliser des analyses et des rapports détaillés sur les performances des concessionnaires pour tenir informés les cadres supérieurs et contribuer à des recommandations appropriées qui amélioreront les résultats commerciaux.
- Utiliser des données composites et des informations sur le marché local pour comprendre les performances actuelles, anticiper et minimiser les impacts négatifs sur la performance après-vente.
- Soumettre des prévisions hebdomadaires par rapport aux objectifs fixés et être flexible pour répondre aux demandes de rapports ad hoc.
- Analyser et atteindre les scores de satisfaction globale après-vente (CSI), avec mise en place de mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec les collègues de toute l’entreprise pour être au courant des problèmes et opportunités pertinents.
- Servir de point d’escalade pour les problèmes clients afin de résoudre les problèmes et améliorer l’expérience client.
Votre profil :
- Bonne compréhension de l’organisation et connaissance du marché.
- Expérience dans un environnement après-vente automobile.
- Expérience dans un environnement de service / atelier de concessionnaire.
- Grand intérêt commercial requis, le rôle nécessitant un soutien pratique des activités commerciales.
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office (surtout Excel et PowerPoint).
- Maîtrise courant de l’allemand et du français et de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Bonne gestion du temps et flexibilité pour prioriser et planifier le travail.
- Bien organisé et capable de penser de manière analytique et transversale.
- Ouvert à voyager en Europe.
