We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Geneva.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities in DC & AC traction power with existing and new customers in the rail industry.
- Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Promoting, bidding, and acquiring new projects according to our strategy.
- Establishing and improving relationships with key global rolling stock and substations manufacturers.
- Providing technical expertise and driving customer-oriented activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales to the railway industry.
- Experience in business development and building new client relationships.
- A willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20-30%).
- A customer-oriented personality.
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) and French as a native language.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of technical concepts.
