Job Description- Anticiper les besoins sécuritaires des entreprises et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Développer un portefeuille de nouveaux clients en Suisse romande.
- Gérer et développer les relations avec les clients existants.
- Rédiger des propositions commerciales en collaboration avec les ingénieurs spécialisés en cybersécurité.
- Assurer le suivi de la qualité des projets livrés et la satisfaction client.
- Effectuer un suivi proactif des projets en cours et produire un reporting régulier.
- Négocier des conditions d'achat avantageuses en fonction des projets.
- Contribuer activement aux activités de promotion et communication (événements, newsletters, campagnes marketing).
- Promouvoir les solutions du groupe en synergie avec les forces de vente des entités affiliées.
- Expérience confirmée dans la vente de produits et solutions IT, ou expérience d'un ingénieur souhaitant évoluer vers un rôle commercial.
- Maîtrise des techniques de prospection, de négociation et de conclusion de ventes.
- Capacité à suivre les évolutions technologiques rapides et à synthétiser des problématiques complexes.
- Talent pour fidéliser une clientèle grâce à votre discrétion, votre professionnalisme et votre intégrité.
- Bonne connaissance du tissu économique local en Suisse romande.
- Personnalité proactive, autonome et appréciant le travail en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Basé(e) à Genève ou Lausanne, votre rôle principal consistera à élargir le portefeuille client et à gérer les relations avec une base de clients existants en Suisse romande. Vous serez responsable du développement et de la fidélisation de ces clients tout en anticipant leurs défis sécuritaires pour leur proposer des solutions adaptées. Vous promouvrez les solutions et services proposés par l'entreprise et collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe technique pour le support avant-vente et le suivi des projets.
