We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Zurich. This role offers the opportunity to perform a wide variety of administrative duties, supporting our GCB and TC teams.

How you will make an impact

  1. Assisting the GCB and TC teams in administrative tasks (i.e. manage centralized stationery, assisting in events / business trip organization)
  2. Maintaining executive calendars, exercising judgment and tact in coordinating meetings and making appointments for Company and outside personnel
  3. Managing correspondence, highlighting and attaching relevant information
  4. Establishing and maintaining confidential executive filing systems, ensuring timely and accurate reference to business matters
  5. Composing and sending correspondence under own signature
  6. Producing a variety of documents using various software packages
  7. Providing document and records management, including archiving and scanning of documents
  8. Planning and implementing projects that impact the entire office and/or specific departments including analyzing and developing office or department budgets

Your background

  1. Previous relevant work experience in administration
  2. Prioritization mindset and deadline awareness
  3. Proactive, communicative and flexible
  4. Fluency in German and English (B2/C1)
