Junior Technical Account Manager

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Organisationen, um globale Netzwerksicherheitslösungen zu planen, zu installieren und erfolgreich zu betreiben.
- Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Beratung der Kunden.
- Zentrale Ansprechperson auf der technischen Seite von der Konzeptphase über die Implementierung bis hin zum Betrieb.
- Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Entwicklung und dem Sales-Team.
Ihr Profil:
- Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Computerwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Gebiet.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Leidenschaft dafür, technisches Wissen mit Kommunikationsgeschick zu verbinden, um Lösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen. Hohe Motivation, bestehendes Know-how in Schulungsprogrammen theoretisch und praktisch auszubauen und neue Kompetenzen zu erwerben.
Idealerweise bringen Sie mit:
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Unix- und Linux-Betriebssystemen und Vertrautheit mit Netzwerkthematik und den wichtigsten Internet-Protokollen (z.B. TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, SSH, DNS, BGP, OSPF).
- Konzeptionelle und praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerksicherheit (Firewalls, ZTNA, VPN-Netzwerke, IDS und IPS, E-Mail-Sicherheit, OT Systeme).
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Implementierung globaler WAN- und Hub-Netzwerk-Topologien.
- Kommunikations- und Zusammenarbeitserfahrung mit internationalen Kunden.
- Freude an Teamarbeit und ein hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit.
