Consultant - Profit & Cost Allocation vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector. Your tasks: Support the review and redesign of the bank's profitability assessment and cost allocation framework. Lead and independently drive your own workstream, applying industry best practices. Increase transparency in cost allocation and enable business reviews on an economic basis. Act as a sparring partner to the core working group (5 members) and collaborate with 10-20 stakeholders across multiple workstreams. Contribute to the conceptual roadmap feeding into 2026 strategic planning. Deliver short-term solutions for priority cost and economic topics. Your experience/knowledge: 3-5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or similar project-driven environments. Strong expertise in cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworks. Ability to manage and own a workstream end-to-end. Very good understanding of the banking environment (nice-to-have but highly valuable). Basic understanding of data flows for financial and cost reporting. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Language skills: English German is an advantage Your soft skills: Strong stakeholder management across all seniority levels. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
