THE ROLE

We are seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist for a global non-profit organization based in Switzerland. The Legal Contracts Specialist will oversee and manage contracting processes, as well as assist in drafting and reviewing agreements. The successful candidate will collaborate with project management teams across various regions and help ensure that contracts comply with internal policies and workflows. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the contracting process for external consultants and vendors, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing agreements based on established templates.
  • Act as the main liaison between internal project management teams and external consultants or vendors throughout the contracting lifecycle.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to internal policies, standards, and approval protocols.
  • Support the preparation and review of service agreements for clients, focusing on the accuracy and clarity of terms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide well-informed recommendations during the contract review process.


YOUR PROFILE
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management and drafting, with a good understanding of vendor and service agreements; prior experience in these areas is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in contract management tools and a foundational understanding of compliance and internal governance processes are advantageous.
