Consultant – Profit & Cost Allocation
vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.

Your Tasks

  • Review the existing profitability assessment and steering framework.
  • Lead and conceptually develop individual work streams based on industry best practices.
  • Drive full-cost accountability and optimise resource allocation.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the core working group on priority topics.
  • Deliver short-term solutions for cost allocation frameworks.

Your Experience/knowledge

  • 3-5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or project management.
  • Expert knowledge related to cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworks.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the Banking business.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Language skills: English

Your Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management across all seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
