How You Will Create Impact
- Design and co-develop a revenue management tool in close collaboration with a strategic client
- Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the build process
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the development team
- Ensure the tool meets business expectations through hands-on functional testing and validation
- Train and support end-users to drive adoption and value realization
- Take on a leadership role within a blended team of Simon-Kucher consultants, client representatives, and external partners
- Work in a hybrid model: approximately 2 days per week on-site with the client, with remaining time spent from our office and home office
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field combining business and technology
- 2–3 years of experience in a product owner, IT consultant, or digital project management role
- Strong interest in product design and digital solution delivery
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business function
- Knowledge of the banking or financial services sector is a plus
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative product development
- Analytical and solution-oriented with strong technical curiosity
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Swiss residency required or willingness to relocate before starting (working from abroad is not possible due to client requirements)
