Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop individual work streams related to profitability assessment, cost allocation, and steering frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with the core working group to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery priorities.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of existing cost allocation and economic profit frameworks.
  • Provide expert insight to drive full-cost accountability and resource allocation optimization.
  • Manage stakeholders across seniority levels effectively to deliver project goals.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four environments, or project management roles.
  • Expert knowledge of cost allocation methods, economic profit concepts, and steering frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of banking business operations and dynamics.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
