YOUR CAPCO DAY 

• Participate in dynamic projects for clients in the Asset, Wealth and Investment Management industry
• Provide expert advice to clients in defining and developing products and offerings in the investment space, improving investment processes as well as front-to-back processing of investment activities
• Deal with all aspects along the value chain of investment management
• Perform Vendor and Solution provider assessments e.g. for Portfolio Management Systems
• Steer and contribute to all project phases from strategic planning to implementation alongside internal and external stakeholders across business, operations, data and IT

YOUR CAPCO-FIT 

• Educational Background: University degree (Finance, Business, Economics, Business Mathematics, or related fields)  
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management consulting, with a clear specialization and proven track record in asset & investment management incl portfolio management systems
• Profound knowledge and experience in the area of investment processes, investment products, and portfolio management IT solutions  
• Experience in vendor assessment from long list to short list, on requirements gathering and facilitation of workshops and decision templates.  
• Attitude and Initiative: A proactive approach with a strong enthusiasm for initiating and driving change, finding satisfaction and motivation in developing new solutions. 
• Skill Set: Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills and self-starter. 
• General Consulting Skills: Be able to ensure planning, budgeting, deliverables, risk assessment, tracking, and reporting are in line with the project milestones. Manage project dependencies and risk / issues and work closely with various stakeholders. 
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in German and English both at a C1 level or higher.
