Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical
Research Analyst
to join our
Asset Management
team. This role is ideal for entry to mid-level professionals with a passion for financial markets and a strong foundation in investment research, data analysis, and portfolio strategy.

As a Research Analyst, you will support portfolio managers and senior analysts by conducting fundamental, quantitative, and macroeconomic research to drive investment decisions. You'll contribute to the evaluation of equities, fixed income, or multi-asset strategies, helping to optimize portfolio performance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on companies, industries, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support asset valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare research reports, investment memos, and presentations for internal use and client communications.
  • Monitor market news, earnings releases, and key data affecting investment portfolios.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and strategy teams to develop investment insights.
  • Assist in the screening and due diligence of investment opportunities across asset classes.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and dashboards for portfolio analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment research, equity or credit analysis, or asset management.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods (DCF, multiples), and portfolio theory.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg or other financial data platforms.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • CFA Level I (or higher) or progress toward CFA designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESG analysis, fixed income, or alternative assets is a plus.
