Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program in Investments.

You'll get to:

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• learn about all major traditional asset classes
• develop a strong understanding of investments and financial markets

Your team

You'll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate with a Bachelor or Master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is fluent in English, any additional languages would be a plus

Start date: 1 September 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program in Asset Management Investments is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
