Your role
Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in applying business analysis techniques to deliver technical requirements to further enrich our SW products, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You'll get to

• analyzing and translate business requirements into technical documentation, pseudocode, etc.
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• apply business analysis techniques and work as part of the team in delivering IT projects

Your team
You'll be working in the WMPC IT Cash team in Zurich, in Crew providing high class IT services for Cash and Liquidity management solutions. The team is working for Payment Connectivity Services and is responsible for the UBS KeyPort product, operating as basis for various corporate financial services in UBS globally.

Range of products & services covers payments, accounting, international financial messaging and invoicing. Service is provided to internal and external clients.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, Confluence
• has good understanding in creating functional / business requirements specifications, ideally in an agile environment
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
