Role Description:

Our Graduate Program 2025 offers ambitious and high-potential graduates a unique opportunity to kick-start their careers through structured rotations, hands-on learning, and leadership development. Over the course of 12–24 months, participants will gain deep exposure to different business units, develop core professional skills, and be mentored by senior leaders. This program is designed to build future leaders by offering real responsibility, strategic projects, and a clear path for progression within the organization.

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

  • Rotate through key departments to build a well-rounded understanding of our business.
  • Work on cross-functional projects that address real business challenges.
  • Collaborate with professionals at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Receive formal training, on-the-job coaching, and personal development support.
  • Be paired with a mentor to guide your career development.
  • Be evaluated for full-time placement into a permanent role upon successful program completion.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) from any discipline.
  • Strong academic performance and a proactive, curious mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities through academics, extracurriculars, internships, or part-time work.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • International mindset and mobility may be required, depending on program structure.
  • Passion for building a long-term career in [insert relevant field: e.g., finance, operations, technology, strategy, etc.].
