Job description

  • Our client is reviewing its existing profitability assessment & steering framework to enable strategic market reviews, drive full-cost accountability, and optimize resource allocation.
  • This includes a general review of current cost allocation frameworks (e.g. standard process cost, IT) as well as short-term delivery on priority topics (e.g. variable compensation).
  • You will act as a sparring partner of the core working group for this project, and be responsible to lead & conceptually develop individual work streams based-on industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or project management
  • Expert knowledge related to cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworks
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the Banking business
  • Strong stakeholder management across all seniority levels
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong academic record: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, preferably at Master's degree level

  • English (Fluent)
