Profitability & Cost Management Consultant Location: Zurich Start date: ASAP Duration: 8 months – with possibility of extension Key Responsibilities Lead and develop individual work streams related to profitability assessment, cost allocation, and steering frameworks. Collaborate closely with the core working group to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery priorities. Conduct detailed reviews of existing cost allocation and economic profit frameworks. Provide expert insight to drive full-cost accountability and resource allocation optimization. Manage stakeholders across seniority levels effectively to deliver project goals. Required Experience and Skills 3-5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four environments, or project management roles. Expert knowledge of cost allocation methods, economic profit concepts, and steering frameworks. Strong understanding of banking business operations and dynamics.
