Project Overview Our client is reviewing its existing profitability assessment & steering framework to enable strategic market reviews, drive full-cost accountability, and optimise resource allocation. Overall review of current cost allocation frameworks (e.g., standard process cost, IT) Short‑term delivery on priority topics (e.g., variable compensation) Act as a sparring partner for the core working group, leading & conceptually developing individual work streams based on industry best practices. Required Skills 3–5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or project management Expert knowledge related to cost allocation, economic profit and steering frameworks Very good knowledge and understanding of the banking business Strong stakeholder management across all seniority levels Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong academic record: university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, preferably at master’s level Contract duration: Middle of 2026, with possibility of extension Home office: 40% Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
