Administrative & Accounting Assistant

They key responsibilities are as followed:
General Administrative Support:- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
- Organise and maintain the office filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Operations Management:- Process daily banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
- Verify and reconcile client accounts.
- Monitor loan applications and ensure the updating of client files.
Office Management:- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely reordering.
- Manage office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
Accounting Support:- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports, data entry, and tracking payments.
- Support the financial team with managing records, tracking expenses, and liaising with external accountants.
Qualifications required :
- A proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in a financial institutions in Geneva.
- Full proficiency in English, fluency in French is an asset.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is important
- Experience in a family office environment is advantageous
